Meet Our Staff

Staci Maher

Staci is owner and Instructor for Dream Weaver School of Real Estate. Staci began her career in real estate in 1989 in commercial property management. Finding a passion for the real estate business Staci decided to take the NC Real Estate licensing course and earned her Real Estate Salesperson license in 1991. While continuing to work full time in commercial real estate, Staci also pursued her love of residential real estate working part time. Acquiring the distinctive designations of Real Property Administrator (RPA) through the Building Owners and Management Institute (BOMI) and the Commercial Property Management (CPM) degree through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has allowed Staci to hold Senior Management positions for several large commercial real state firms in and around the area. Staci earned her NC Real Estate Broker certification in 2005. She is a NC Realtor®, a member of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors.

While frequently serving as a guest speaker for real estate classes on her real estate experiences, Staci was asked to become an instructor. She applied to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and acquired her teaching certificate in 2010. She has been teaching Continuing Education for over 10 years.  Finding a passion for teaching Staci applied to become a fully licensed private real estate school.

Since approval Dream Weaver School of Real Estate is now offering all forms of Real Estate education and plans to expand into professional development in 2020.  Although Staci loves teaching she is also still an active NC Broker and has a desire to continue to help buyers and sellers in the area to achieve their home ownership dreams.


John Molloy

After successful careers in advertising and aerospace engineering, John decided to follow his interest in Real Estate. He is an active buying and selling agent and is acquiring excellent reviews from his clients. He works with our school in the role of Technology Manager. He has bought and owned real estate for the last 20+ years and served as his own subcontractor. Along with his wife, Michaele Ann, he enjoys family time and volunteering for his church





Michaele Ann Molloy

After graduating summa cum laude Michaele Ann has continued her passion for learning and her talent for teaching. She has experience working closely with an architect in designing her own home. Together with her husband she has personally bought and sold real estate in several states. Michaele Ann has been working with buyers and is now expanding her career into a listing agent as well. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Cabarrus County Convention & Visitors Bureau and her church. She has two grown children and a faithful companion in her Bichon, Schmellow.




Jim Garrison

Jim Garrison started his career in the real estate industry over 30 years ago.  Jim’s interest in finance and bringing the deal to closing is what lead him to migrate to the lending side of real estate transactions.  Jim is passionate about structuring real estate deals in a manner that is beneficial to the homebuyer.  Jim also enjoys the challenge of aiding realtors learn the art of making the sale happen.  This combination of experience and passion blended with his engaging communication style and dynamic PowerPoints removes the boring out of his CE class.



Ryan David Keip

Ryan Keip (Kipe) has been sharing his passion for consumer finance and little-known credit improvement techniques with Real Estate Professionals since 2006.  He is the author of “The Credit Movement - For a Better Financial Future” and has been a keynote speaker at many mortgage and real estate conferences across America.  Ryan and has his team have helped over 50,000 consumers become home loan qualified.  Advanced Credit Literacy is a refreshing and relevant Continuing Education Course that exposes many myths of the broken credit scoring system.






Cedric McCorkle

As a successful and accomplished Real Estate Professional, Cedric McCorkle has been in the real estate business for over 17 years.
Cedric holds a Real Estate License and practices Real Estate in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He also currently serves as Broker In Charge for Cedric McCorkle Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Cedric has a strong foundation in Real Estate, Real Estate Accounting, Financing Feasibility and Property Management which enables him to bring those skills to his real estate classes. He is accomplished and successful Realtor which means he brings all that experience into play in his teaching so that students can have “real world” examples of situations pertaining to what subject he is teaching which facilitates and improves the ability to retain the information.


David Dawe

David Dawe is a multiple state licensed broker and NC broker in charge based out of Cabarrus County, NC. Originally from northern Canada, he calls Kannapolis, NC home today. David has taught all across the globe in multiple countries and is a real estate specialist sought after for his expertise and interactive classes.
With a performance background, his real estate education and experience, David’s classes are a must for the development of any agent.
When not speaking or exceeding the needs of his clients, David loves to be home with his family, his three rescue dogs, and working on his Bonsai trees.
David is thrilled to be a part of the faculty of Dreamweaver School of Real Estate and investing in agents across North Carolina."




Nancy Legg

Nancy became a North Carolina Real Estate Broker 1988, and has been a Real Estate Education Instructor since 1991.  She is currently a licensed and approved instructor for both NC and SC.
Nancy was instructor of the year for the SC Assoc. of Realtors in 2005. She holds the designations of (CBR) Certified Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Nancy was a licensed appraiser for 7 years in SC. She is currently broker-in-charge for a company in SC.
Nancy has served in many capacities in real estate including, sales, recruiting, training, Broker- in-Charge, and is an instructor for Pre, Post and Continuing education.  Let Nancy share her vast knowledge of the real estate business with you through her education classes!;
