Why Dream Weaver
Dream Weaver School of Real Estate is a locally owned and operated real estate school. We are the only private licensed real estate school located in Cabarrus County. We are here to serve Cabarrus, Rowan, Iredell and surrounding counties in their continuing education needs. We operate in Cabarrus County because we felt there was a need to provide local and affordable real estate classes to our Realtors in the area. This is an important step in defining our local market by having a pool of Realtors who are not only professionals, but are current on issues facing the real estate industry and consumers.
We are pleased to offer you the NC Real Estate Pre Licensing, Post Licensing and Continuing Education (both in class and on-line). Our instructors are highly qualified individuals who are also working agents, so they are aware of the issues facing Realtors today. We don't just teach from books we teach from experience. We keep our class sizes smaller than the big schools so that we can provide quality education and time for each student when teaching these subjects. By doing this we feel this gives each student an opportunity to question and discuss subjects as we go through the course, without being herded along just to finish in the time frame allowed.
All real estate pre-licensing and post licensing classes will be held at our Cabarrus County teaching facility at 6001 Gateway Center Drive, Kannapolis NC 28081. It is conveniently located at the intersection of Kannapolis Parkway and Hwy 73. As our classroom is on the second floor, we have an elevator to allow access for our handicap students.
We can also help you fulfill your mandatory annual eight hours of Continuing Education. This consists of the 4 hour General Update or Broker-in-Charge Update as prescribed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. And we offer several interesting and timely electives for the required 4 hour Elective. These classes are taught at various locations around the area that we hope will make it convenient for you to attend a future class. We continually strive to add new and exciting classes both in classroom and on-line. We are always open to suggestions from our students on topics of interest for future classes. So contact us if you have an idea for a future class topic.
